Home-Based Crisis Intervention
Short-term, in-home services (crisis intervention, short-term case management, family support) for families with children who are at risk of hospitalization due to serious mental health conditions.

Suicide prevention outreach, community outreach and screening, family counseling, peer support, and crisis intervention for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC children and young adults at risk of suicide.
