A two-in-one plan that combines Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Managed Long Term Care for people who need ongoing help with daily activities to live safely at home. It includes important extra benefits that aren’t covered by regular Medicare.

A Medicaid Managed Long Term Care plan for people who aren’t eligible for Medicare or who want to keep it separate. It provides long-term services and supports so people who need ongoing help with daily activities can live safely in their homes.
