Community Outreach Programs

VNS Health isn't just your home care provider — we're your neighbor. We're here to provide support in your community as well as your home.

At VNS Health, we are committed to providing the highest quality expert and compassionate home health care. But we also know that healthy people need healthy communities. That’s why we have a wide range of community-based outreach programs to meet the needs of community members, whether they are receiving in-home services from us or not, and anyone who might benefit from additional support.
