Children’s Mobile Crisis Teams
Rapid, in-home mental health assessment and linkage to services for children and teens who are experiencing — or are at risk of experiencing — a mental health crisis.

Ages Served:Children and teens (newborn to 20 years old) and their families

Geriatric Mental Health Initiative (GMHI)
Free, in-home counseling and screening for older adults who are experiencing depression or anxiety.

Ages Served:Adults aged 55 and older

Home-Based Crisis Intervention
Short-term, in-home services (crisis intervention, short-term case management, family support) for families with children who are at risk of hospitalization due to serious mental health conditions.
