A Message from our Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer
At VNS Health and all of its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “VNS Health”), we view compliance as everyone’s responsibility. Our enterprise-wide focus on compliance enables us to operate effectively and compassionately as one of the nation’s leading health care organizations.
In addition to providing the highest-quality care and services to our patients and plan members, VNS Health is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and regulatory adherence. VNS Health’s Compliance Department ensures the VNS Health providers and health plans adhere to all applicable state and federal rules and regulations.
We monitor potential risk areas. If we identify a potential issue, we report it directly to VNS Health’s Executive Team and our Board of Directors, and investigate the issue appropriately, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
The Compliance Department regularly updates our organization’s policies and procedures, Code of Conduct, and provides ongoing training to our employees and contractors.
