Article 31 Outpatient Clinic and School-Based Clinics at PS 369 & MS 179
Team of social workers and psychiatrists/nurse practitioners who can help seriously emotionally and behaviorally disturbed children, teens, and their families with assessment, therapy, and medication management.

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
Long-term outpatient psychiatric care, medication management, medical support, care coordination, and case management for seriously mentally ill adults with multiple psychiatric hospitalizations and a lack of engagement with traditional outpatient services.
Location:The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan (shelter), and Queens

FRIENDS Program (Children & Family Support Team and STEPS)
Training in helpful mental health skills and linkages to community resources. Offers support two times a week for 6–8 weeks — with follow-up support for up to 4 months.

Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT)
Long-term outpatient psychiatric care, medication management, medical support, care coordination, and case management for seriously mentally ill adults with a recent history of frequent hospitalization, housing instability, and incarcerations.
Location:Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island

Promise Zone
Psychotherapy, short-term case management, crisis intervention, consultation, and support for seriously emotionally and behaviorally disturbed children and their families, and school staff.
