VNS Health is pleased to share news that Federation of Nurses/UFT members have ratified a new agreement covering more than 600 registered nurses at the nonprofit VNS Health: professionals whose skill, compassion, and commitment make it possible for thousands of New Yorkers to receive care where they most want to be, at home.
The agreement follows a good-faith bargaining process grounded in shared priorities: supporting our nurses, strengthening the care experience for patients and families, and ensuring that VNS Health can continue to deliver the reliable, high-quality care our patients depend on.
VNS Health thanks the Federation of Nurses/UFT leadership and bargaining committee members for their collaboration throughout negotiations. All parties engaged with professionalism and mutual respect, grounded in the understanding that listening to nurses is essential to strengthening care for patients and families.
With ratification complete, VNS Health looks forward to moving ahead together with a strong labor-management partnership that supports our nurses and the thousands of patients they care for every day.
