NY Social Diary recently featured VNS Health’s annual 2023 benefit in their latest edition of Party Pictures. The gala celebrates those who’ve dedicated their lives and work towards improving home and community health for all NYers. This year’s theme was about “Empowering Our Neighbors in Need” and we were able to raise over $1 million for our Charitable Care and Community Impact Programs which supports over 49,000 NYers on any given day. It was also our 130th anniversary since we began serving the NY community.
Mike Valentine, CEO of health-tech leader Netsmart, Martha Wolfgang, retired Health Care Executive and
Adjunct Faculty Member from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and VNS Health Board Member and Retired Insurance Executive, Peter Hutchings received the prestigious Lillian D. Wald Award for their outstanding contributions to home and community health and commitment to ensuring easy access to quality care for NY communities. PIX 11 anchor Kori Chambers returned as the gala’s Master of Ceremonies for the evening.
