Jessica Fear, SVP of behavioral health and Esther Kamara-Conteh, VP of care management operations, were named winners for the 2023 Mcknight’s Pinnacle Award as part of its second annual class. The prestigious award is given to long term care leaders for their efforts in driving change and raising the standards of care in the industry. The list of honorees includes veteran long-term care operators, leaders, caregivers, and other key figures who are performing at the highest level in the fields of nursing, senior living and home care. Award winners were nominated by their peers and selected by an independent panel of judges.
An awards ceremony and banquet will be held for all award winners on March 21 at the iconic Ivy Room in Chicago. The ceremony will be open to friends, family and supporters of the winners. Coverage of the ceremony will be in both print and digital.
The Pinnacle Awards are a collaboration of McKnight’s Long-Term Care News and McKnight’s Senior Living and McKnight’s Home Care. Read the full list of honorees here.
