Crain’s New York Business featured VNS Health EVP and Chief of Provider Services Andria Castellanos in the publication’s “Notable in Health Care 2021” list. Those recognized in the prestigious list include leaders from some of New York City’s top hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and nonprofit organizations. Honorees have distinguished themselves through their expertise, innovation, stamina, and commitment to alleviate many of the health care disparities we see today.
In announcing the 2021 list, Crain’s said, “We cannot overstate the role of the city’s health care professionals in helping us emerge from the pandemic. This year’s Notable in Health Care edition recognizes their efforts in bringing us to this moment, as well as their numerous contributions apart from the crisis.”
In their write-up, Crain’s acknowledges Andria’s work “to ensure the highest standards of quality, patient satisfaction and safety, operational efficiency and cost effectiveness” in all initiatives related to provider services—including home care, hospice care, behavioral health, and care management.
